Description
Leadership Learning Community (LLC) is a national organization transforming the way leadership development work is understood, practiced, and promoted within the nonprofit sector. LLC centers the experiences of folks most impacted by racism and inequity and is providing leadership development approaches and systems that are focused on creating a more equitable world. LLC does this by facilitating learning and relationship building through online and in-person convenings; encouraging networked leadership by connecting leaders across boundaries to build trusted relationships and produce new ideas; offering thought leadership on innovative practices through frequent publications; and transforming the way funders and nonprofits approach leadership development through high-impact consulting services.

Mission

To invite leaders, particularly those from historically excluded communities like gender expansive Black, Indigenous, immigrant, people of color, LGBTQIA+ and people with disabilities to live out the compelling vision of collective liberation – one which seeks power, joy, and thriving for all people.
