The Solution
Move and manage $2bill of integrated capital at the speed and scale necessary to build the power of self-determination in BIPOC communities.
We have created the agile and scalable infrastructure that will strategically channel resources to transform the financial, legal, and resourcing capacity of our partnering BIPOC-led social movements through:

CapitalServices
Where leaders and communities manage their funds with user-friendly tools that help them maximize impact.

Business &Financial Analytics
So leaders can run and grow their movement strategically and sustainably.

Legal &Financial Support
So partners can comply without compromising their power-building work.

CommunityServices
That weave together ecosystems of BIPOC-led businesses, intermediaries, funders and donors.
Our Team
Launched in September 2020, Possibility Labs saw the need to address the rigid and unadaptable capital systems that repeatedly fall short of the complex and urgent needs of bold visionaries. Thus, the initial hypothesis was born—if community changemakers were supported by a new ecosystem of agile, creative, and accountable partners with the empathy and expertise to operationalize their vision and mission, then they can catalyze, grow, and sustain power and wealth for our communities and future generations.
In transforming that possibility into practice, one of our core principles is to intentionally invest in the people who can build and nurture that trust by bringing together folks from the fields of racial, gender, and economic justice and from tech, global corporate finance, IT, and operations.
Our diverse backgrounds, lived experiences, talents, abilities, skills, and unique personhoods are our greatest assets—we are movement builders, storytellers, designers, organizers, poets, parents, artists, writers, musicians, and more. Together, we have founded and grown nonprofit organizations, built scalable infrastructures for startups to Fortune 500 companies, and experienced first-hand how the existing systems oppress our people. We are excited to work together to advance the power and wealth in our communities.
