Aurora Commons offers the racial justice field a framework for liberatory wholeness, which grounds racial equity and multispecies liberation in the worldview that the planet, humans, and living creatures are part of one whole system They offer services such as field-level research; strategy development for funders, nonprofits, and 501(c)3 entities; leadership development; culture building and equity transformation; design and management of capacity building initiatives, and programs that support building power and community transformation.

To nurture a society that embodies a “Whole Planet – Whole People – Whole Power” approach—we believe that liberation, justice, and equity will come when our social norms, policies, worldviews, structural incentives, and relationships enable all of us to be both different and whole together.
