I Believe in the Value of

integrity

For too long, historical, white-privileged ways of doing things have created barriers to access to many seats at many tables. If we can be honest about that, we can work to find new, more inclusive and transparent ways of getting assets into communities where they can have the most needed impact. Having integrity means we can’t hide behind past “truths” because we must admit they have been designed to provide unfair advantages to some at the expense of others.
