Cindhy supports the Partner Services team as the Operations Coordinator by helping collect and analyze user experience data and identifying areas of improvement to better support partners. She brings a decade of successful experience in cross-organizational roles focusing on culture development, process improvement, and project management.
Cindhy is delighted to use her skills to collaborate with incredible human beings whose mission is to support BIPOC entrepreneurs and under-resourced communities. Previously, she worked as the Business Transformation Manager at a language services organization that bridged the communication gap between cultures, organizations, and non-profits.
