Enterprising Ventures of Color (EVC) works to strengthen nonprofit executives of color as they develop catalytic program and policy solutions to disrupt systems of inequalities despite contending with the racial organizational capacity gap, racial leadership gap, and racial funding gaps. This transformational impact model combats these challenges directly and EVC Fellows benefit from the initiative’s capacity-building and capital elements, designed to complement one another at every stage.

To empower nonprofit executives through a collaborative growth process which includes personalized executive coaching, socially and culturally tailored technical assistance to join forces with funders for greater impact in creating racial wealth equity.
