Description
iimpact is a real estate fund manager co-investing with women-led developers and operators to increase gender representations as a driver for for equality, impact, and performance of real estate investments. This is because 75% of public housing recipients and 83% of individuals in the Sec 8 program are women and women-led households. Their nonprofit arm aims at providing health & safety, education, and economic mobility to our residents and our senior partners, including event design and project management.
